Wilckens Superwhite is a plastic emulsion paint for indoor use. The high-coverage wall and ceiling paint in craftsman quality is full-bodied, easy to process, low-splash and can be sprayed airless. It adheres well and does not cause any unpleasant odors during application or when drying quickly. This means that painted rooms can be quickly occupied and used again. It is very suitable for stressed indoor wall and ceiling surfaces, neutral interior plasters, woodchip and also for plaster and plasterboard. However, it is not suitable for outdoor use.
Processing instructions: Do not use at temperatures below +8°C. The surface must be solid, clean, dry, free of grease and stable. Allow new plaster to dry for at least 3 weeks. Prime new plaster or concrete surfaces with a solvent-free primer. Also pre-treat highly absorbent or friable, sandy or washed surfaces with a solvent-free primer. Completely remove old unstable and chalky coatings. Stir well before use and apply evenly.
An absorbent surface can be recognized by the fact that it turns dark when it comes into contact with water. First paint corners and edges with a brush or small roller. Paint remaining areas with a larger roller. During work breaks, keep the tools in the paint or tightly wrapped in a plastic bag.
Painting structure:
1. on plaster and concrete, inside
a) Prepare the surface professionally, solidify if necessary
b) Primer with this product diluted with approx. 10% water
c) an undiluted top coat
2. on old coatings or renovation coatings
a) Prepare the surface professionally, solidify it if necessary
b) depending on the surface condition, 1 - 2 coats of this product
For a coat depending on the surface, the drying time is(at +20°C, 65% relative humidity):
Lower temperatures and a Higher humidity extends the drying times.Â
Consumption:
approx. 6 m²/liter | Sufficient for approx. 60 m²
Attention/safety instructions:
Contains 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one. May cause allergic reactions.
