This Wilckens product is a water-dilutable, transparent 2-component epoxy resin primer to reduce absorbency. With high adhesion for floors made of mineral, ceramic or resin bonded materials, such as garages, cellars, hobby and work rooms, balconies and terraces or stairs.
It is recommended to prepare the floor with this primer before applying Wilcken garage floor coating.
Processing instructions: Before use, please read the label carefully and follow the hazard and safety instructions. The surfaces to be treated must be clean, dry and stable. Thoroughly dust surfaces, preferably by means of industrial vacuum cleaner. Separating substances, such as e.g. oils, greases etc., should be thoroughly removed with appropriate cleaners. Repair defects with floor filler or quick cement. Staining due to cement slurry or silicate layers must be removed by shot blasting or grinding with corundum discs. The correspondingly mixed primer must be applied thinly throughout the area. The primer dries clear and transparent. The two components are delivered packed in the correct ratio to each other. Do not mix partially. Add the entire contents of the hardener component to the base component of the can and stir until uniform. Mixing time at least 3 minutes, if possible with a drill and stirrer. It forms a milky emulsion.
Note: Please only use this product in compliance with the required safety measures. It is essential to ensure good ventilation during drying!
Mixing ratio:
The two components are delivered packed in the correct ratio to each other. Do not mix partial quantities. Add the entire content of the hardener component to the basic component of the can and stir until uniform. Mixing time min. 3 minutes, preferably with a drill and stirrer. A milky emulsion is formed.
Important notes:
It is essential to ensure good ventilation during drying.
Processing climate:
Temperature min. + 10°C - max. 30°C (air and substrate). Relative humidity below 80 %.
Working time:
At 20°C approx. 60 minutes (batch size 750 ml). Higher temperatures and larger batches shorten the working time, lower temperatures prolong it. At 10°C approx. 180 minutes, at 30°C approx. 20 minutes.

Danger/Caution: Causes skin irritation. Causes severe eye irritation. May cause allergic skin reactions. Avoid inhalation of steam. Wear protective gloves/ protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. IN CONTACT WITH SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. IN CONTACT WITH EYES: Rinse gently with water for several minutes. Remove existing contact lenses if possible. Rinse further. If skin irritation occurs: Seek medical advice/attention. If eye irritation persists: Seek medical advice/attention. If medical advice is required, have the packaging or label ready. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use in confined spaces - only empty containers should be sent for recycling, containers with residues should be handed in at the collection point for old paints (hazardous waste). Toxic to water organisms, with long-term effects.

For one coat of paint, depending on the substrate, the working and drying time (at 20°C, 60% relative humidity) is:
Higher temperatures and longer runs shorten the processing time, lower temperatures extend it. At 10°C approx. 180 min., at 30°C approx. 20 min.
Lower temperatures and higher humidity extend the drying time.
