The ready-to-use emulsion paint is very economical and contains a long-term film protection against mould growth in damp rooms indoors. It is highly effective and has a high diffusion capacity. The paint is easy to apply, highly opaque and has a high wet abrasion resistance (class 2). The paint is particularly suitable for renovating and repainting interior walls in damp rooms or for use in rooms with inadequate ventilation, such as bathrooms and cellars. Suitable substrates are concrete, sand-lime brick, woodchip and embossed paper wallpaper, plasterboard, hardboard, chipboard or rigid foam.
The substrate must be clean, dry, free of grease and dust and stable. Mould or fungal infestation should first be completely removed. Pre-treat a highly absorbent or sandy substrate with a deep penetrating primer. A primer can be applied diluted with up to 10% water. Then apply 1 - 2 top coats undiluted. The renovation paint can be tinted with up to 10% solid colour and tinting paint. Please note that this paint may only be applied with a roller or brush and must not be sprayed on.Â
Consumption:
approx. 6 m²/litre | Sufficient for approx. 15 m²
Attention/safety instructions:Â
Hazardous respirable droplets may be produced when spraying. Do not inhale aerosol or mist.
